This is a sukiyaki course that makes generous use of Hitachi Beef, a high-quality Japanese black beef that Ibaraki Prefecture is proud of.

Please enjoy Hitachi beef, which is characterized by its fine-grained meat with beautiful marbling and the original flavor, sweetness, and taste of beef.

In recent years, it has been exported overseas, and is one of Ibaraki's most famous specialties that may become popular overseas in the near future.

The meal is approximately 6 dishes.
