You can enjoy Ibaraki Prefecture's famous monkfish liver and monkfish hotpot! The soup stock for our monkfish hotpot is based on soy sauce and Hachijo miso, and has a lighter and more refined taste than the dobushi soup made by fishermen on their boats.The preparation is thorough so there is almost no fishy smell.The final dish will be a delicious rice porridge! It's really delicious, so please enjoy the winter in Ibaraki!
